ALAT 60 (ALAT 60)
The set of instruments for diagnosis for determination of activity of alaninaminotranspherase.
Name of set
Liquick Cor-ALAT 60
Number kat. – 1-216
Alaninaminotranspherase (ALAT, ALT, GPT) is the enzyme participating in metabolism of amino acids.
ALAT is present at all types of fabrics, but the maximum level is observed in cells of liver and kidneys. At injury of hepatocytes or nephrocytes the level of this enzyme increases in blood. Determination of level of activity of ALAT in serum of blood plays large role at diagnosis of such diseases as hepatitis, mononukleoz, cirrhosis.
PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
The optimized and modified method developed taking into account recommendations of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry (IFCC) without pyridoxal phosphate.
The set is intended both for manual definition (methods Sample Smart, Reagent Smart), and for use in some types of automatic analyzers. Adaptations are provided for them by customer service on demand.
